Ronald A. Arbogast, 66, passed away on October, 12 2011. Born in Chester, PA, he was the son of the late Juster Arbogast and Marie Strader Arbogast. Ron was a graduate of Chester High School and PMC where he enjoyed his career as a starting varsity forward for the basketball teams. He was a chemical engineer at Dupont, a businessman at the PQ Corporation and an entrepreneur. Ron had a lifelong love of learning and found joy in sharing knowledge. He saw great opportunity in challenge and believed in the potential of everyone around him. His pastimes included coaching softball and basketball, carpentry, and he was completely devoted to his family. He is survived by his loving wife of 38 years, Suzanne; his mother, Marie; his children Ron and wife Laura, Suzanne and husband Corey, Maggie, Anne and Katlin; his grandchildren Carter and Connor, and numerous cousins, nieces, nephews and friends. A memorial service will be held at 6:30 pm on Tuesday, October 18, 2011, St. Matthew's Episcopal Church, 919 Tennis Ave, Maple Glen, PA, 19002, where friends and family will be received after the service. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be sent to The Ron Arbogast Memorial Fund, 502 Welsh Road, Ambler PA 19002.
