Dr. Richard T. Ellison, Jr., a resident of Rydal Park, died on December 14, 2013. He was the beloved husband of Jean Holsclaw Ellison. He is also survived by his loving sons and their spouses; Richard T. Ellison, III, M.D. and Gretchen Schultz-Ellison, John B. Ellison and Deborah Bondi-Ellison and Stephen R. Ellison and Denise Ellison; by six grandchildren and by a great-granddaughter. Memorial service will be held at 11:00 AM on Wednesday, December 18, 2013, Episcopal Church of Our Saviour, Homestead and Old York Roads, Jenkintown, where friends will be received after the service. Interment will be private. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be sent to Episcopal Church of Our Saviour, 821 Homestead Road, Jenkintown, PA 19046 or to Abington Memorial Hospital Foundation, 1200 Old York Road Abington, PA 19001.
