Norma Cecelia Miller (nee Plummer), age 91, of Elkins Park, died on October 18, 2013. She was the devoted wife of the late William T. Miller. She is survived by her loving daughters and their husbands; Patricia M. and Jack Linard and Kathleen T. and Donald Cameron; by her dear grandsons, William Ryan Cameron, Jonathan Linard, Sean Cameron, Brendan Linard and Andrew Cameron and by her brother, William K. Plummer. Friends will be received on Thursday, Oct. 24, 2013 from 7:00 - 9:00 PM, Helweg & Rowland Funeral Home, 1059 Old York Road Abington, PA. Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 10:30 AM on Friday, Oct. 25, 2013, St. Hilary of Poitiers Church, 820 Susquehanna Road, Rydal, PA, where friends will be received from 9:30 - 10:20 AM.
