Marie Theresa Wacker, age 89, of Ambler and formerly of Meadowbrook died on August 21, 2017. She was the beloved wife of the late Joseph F. Wacker. She is survived by her children and their spouses: Joseph and Fran Hare, Gerald and Gail Hare, Kathleen Hanson, and step-daughter, Nancy Wacker Zindel and her husband, Richard Kut; by four grandchildren, Jackie and Mick Hager, Colleen Hare Mitchel, Denise and Jeff Royall, and Tara and Tim Bream; eleven great grandchildren David, Lauren, Christopher, Krista, Allen, Eric, Josh Nathan, Jeffrey, Jon, Lexi, and one great- great-grandson Owen Hetzel. She was preceded in death by her first husband, the late Joseph Hare. Funeral Service will be held at 11:00 AM on Friday, August 25, 2017, Helweg & Rowland Funeral Home, 1059 Old York Road, Abington, where friends will be received from 10:30 – 11:00 AM.
