Kim Weinstein Belcher, age 62, a long-time resident of Elkins Park died on August 22, 2017. She was the beloved wife of Gerald Belcher for 38 years. Born in Doylestown, PA, Kim was the daughter of the late Alan A. Weinstein and the late Patricia Fisler Weinstein. Kim graduated from Cheltenham High School in 1973. She was a devoted wife, mother, homemaker and grandmother. Kim was the Office Manager and Bookkeeper for Belcher Appraisal Services, Inc. in Elkins Park Kim enjoyed the beach, swimming in the ocean, reading and was especially fond of playing with and spending time with her grandsons. Memorial Service will be held at noon on Saturday, September 9, 2017, Cheltenham Center for the Arts, located at the Elkins Park Train Station (corner of Spring and Park Avenues in Elkins Park, PA) In addition to her husband, Kim is survived by her beloved son and daughter-in-law, Jonathan and Adrianne Slizofski Belcher of West Chester, PA, by her dear grandsons, Colin and Alex and by her brother, Randy Weinstein of Las Vegas, NV.
