Jeffrey N. Reese, age 77, a resident of Huntingdon Valley, PA, died on July 10, 2023. He was the devoted husband of Lee Snyder for 50 years.

Born in Philadelphia, Jeffrey was the son of the late Isadore Reese and the late Blanche Afrin.

Jeffrey was a pianist and piano teacher who taught hundreds of students over his 48 years at the Settlement Music School. As well as his performing as soloist and chamber player, Jeffrey was a very well-known dance accompanist playing for the Pennsylvania Ballet, Juilliard School dance department, and summer dance festivals in Bonn, Germany and at Connecticut College where he worked with Martha Graham.

Traveling was one of Jeffrey's greatest passions and he and his husband traveled extensively in the US, Europe, Great Britain and the Caribbean Islands.

In addition to his husband, he is survived by his nieces, Wendy Sklaroff and Robin Reese, his nephew, Daniel Sklaroff and his sister-in-law, Helen Reese.
