Janet R. Jones, age 83, of Penllyn died on Dec. 5, 2016. She was the beloved daughter of the late William S. and Evelyn R. Jones. She graduated from Abington Memorial Hospital School of Nursing in 1954 and worked in the Newborn Nursery of the hospital for 40 years before she retired. She is survived by many close friends. Memorial service will be held at 11:00 AM on Sat. Dec. 17, 2016, Abington Presbyterian Church, 1082 Old York Road, Abington. Interment will be private.
