Jana Meredith Hender, age 52, a long-time resident of Jenkintown, PA, passed away on December 14, 2023.

Born in Abington, PA on August 4, 1971, she was the beloved daughter of Richard Allen Hender and Jane Hayes Frantz Hender. After graduating from Abington High School in 1989, Meredith attended Western Maryland College.

Meredith was employed at Reed Technology for 23 years. She started as a clerk, and soon after, joined the Pre-grant department as an annotator.

In addition to her parents, Meredith is survived by her sister, Erin Elizabeth Hender, of Glenside, PA.

Meredith will be remembered as a loyal friend, a champion of the "under dog", and determined, despite many health issues.
