GLORIA REQUA MILNES, age 94, a 13-year resident of Gloria Dei Farms in Hatboro and formerly of Meadowbrook, PA died on July 23, 2016. She was the devoted wife of the late Kenneth B. Milnes for 55 years, until his death in 2002. Born in Suffern, NY, she was the daughter of the late Joseph Hoffman and the late Eloise Requa Hoffman. Gloria graduated from The University of Maryland in 1947. She was a devoted wife, mother and homemaker. She is survived by her loving son, Mark R. Milnes, by her dear cousin, Shirley Williamson and by many nieces and nephews. Her son, Jeffrey R. Milnes, died in 2007. Memorial service will be held at 11:00 AM on Sat. Aug. 6, 2016, Helweg & Rowland Funeral Home, 1059 Old York Road, Abington, where relatives and friends will be received from 10:00 AM until the time of the service.
