George Manton, age 44, beloved son, brother, uncle, nephew, cousin, and friend passed peacefully in his sleep on Sunday, February 11th, 2024. George was born in Stuttgart, Germany and spent most of his life in Roslyn, PA.

He was the son of Walter Manton and the late Song Manton. George is survived by 2 brothers, David (Nicole) & Charles (Brigitte), and his sister Veronica (David). 3 nephews, Ethan, Logan & Tristan & 3 nieces Aralyn, Aubrey & Ariyah. Bonus Brother Justin (Ah) and Bonus Sister Joanne (Andy) and Shawn. He also extended his family with the Rumnocks; Jared, Zach, Ian and their families.

George was a kind soul with a big heart. He spent most of his working life in restaurants and he was an artist of the sandwich. George was the man who arranged nights that extended into the wee hours of the morning filled with poker, Risk, Dungeons & Dragons, Tiger Woods Golf and most importantly, the best of friends and family. He will always be remembered for hugs that made you feel like you were the only person who mattered.

Visitation with the family will be held from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM on Sunday, February 18th, 2024 at Helweg & Rowland Funeral Home, 1500 Old York Rd, Abington, Pennsylvania.
