LTC Francis L. Horne, Sr., age 91, of Abington, Pennsylvania died on January 8, 2014. He was the beloved husband of the late Carrie Bell Horne. He is survived by his loving children; Sandra Craig, Francis L. Horne, Jr., Michelle L. Horne, Charles A. Wynder, Jr., CAPT Carrissa V. Wynder-Sanchez and LTC Christopher V. Wynder. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren. Relatives and friends will be received on Wednesday, January 15, 2014, from 7:00 - 9:00 PM, Helweg & Rowland Funeral Home, 1059 Old York Road, Abington, Pa 19001.
