Florence Anne Brown, age 71, a long-time resident of Elwyn died on May 6, 2017. She was the beloved daughter of the late Charles H. Brown and the late Helen Stockwell Brown. She is survived by her loving brother and sister-in-law; C. Kelsey and Susan Brown, by her niece and nephew-in law, Jennifer A. and Eric Thorpe and by her family at Elwyn.
