ELIZABETH FLANAGAN DOWNS, age 95, a resident of Riverview Estates in Riverton, NJ died on November 13, 2015. She was the devoted wife of the late Rev. William Downs and the loving mother of the late Paul D. Downs. Born in Glenville, NY, Elizabeth was the daughter of the late Frank Flanagan and the late Belle Guillet Flanagan. She is survived by her daughter-in-law, Gayl Campbell Downs. Memorial service will be held at 10:00 AM on Thursday, November 19, 2015, The Reformed Church of Willingboro, Sunset and Van Sciver Parkway Boulevard, Willingboro, NJ.
