EDITH COLLINS PARKHOUSE, age 94, of Blue Bell, PA died on August 28, 2011. She was the devoted wife of the late A. Russell Parkhouse, the beloved mother of Bonnie L. Parkhouse, Jeffrey R. Parkhouse, Bruce T. Parkhouse and Roger G. Parkhouse and the dear sister of Sarae Fabry and William T. Collins. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren. Graveside service will be held at 11:00 AM on Thursday, September 1, 2011, Whitemarsh Memorial Park, Limekiln Pike (Rte 152) and Horsham Road (Rte 463), Ambler, PA 19002. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be sent to A. Russell Parkhouse Scholarship Fund, Montgomery County Community College, 340 DeKalb Pike, Blue Bell, PA 19422 or to Alzheimer's Foundation of America, 322 Eighth Street, 7th floor, New York, NY 10001.
