CHARLES JAY MARTIN, age 82, a resident of North Wales, PA and formerly of Huntingdon Valley, PA, died on December 21, 2015. Born in Boston, MA, he was the son of the late William Stanley Martin and the late Ruth Naylor McCormick Martin. Mr. Martin graduated from Abington High School and later married Louise Kilpatrick Martin in 1958. He was self-employed as a Public Accountant until he retired to Bradenton, FL in 2003. In 2015, he moved to Sunrise Senior Living in Blue Bell, PA. He served in the U.S. Navy from 1954 to 1975, as an aviation mechanic and pilot with multiple aircraft certifications. He was a past member of Masonic Blue Lodge in Jenkintown. Charles enjoyed golfing and his Tuesday morning men's coffee club at the Garden Lakes Clubhouse. He is survived by his children; Wendy Adams and her husband Brian, Charles B. Martin and his wife Sally, and by his dear grandsons, Christopher Adams, Jeffrey Adams, Charles Martin and MacKay Martin.
