Andrew John Schast, age 73, of Rydal Park died on November 7, 2014. He is survived by his loving sons and their spouses: Andrew J. Schast and Candace Bawcombe-Schast and David J. and Aileen Schast; by his dear grandchildren: Julia Schast, Cateline Bawcombe-Schast and William Bawcombe-Schast; by his former wife, Josephine Schast; by his sister, Eileen Chepy and by numerous cousins, nieces and nephews. Relatives and friends will be received on Tuesday, November 11, 2014 from 7:00 - 9:00 PM, Helweg & Rowland Funeral Home, 1059 Old York Road, Abington, where remembrances by the family will begin at 8:00 PM. Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 10:00 AM on Wednesday, November 12, 2014, Christ The King Ukrainian Catholic Church, 1629 W. Cayuga St., Phila., PA 19140. Interment will be in St. Mary's Cemetery.
